                               RESOLUTION NO. 20366
                  
                  
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                  THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO 
                  QUITCLAIM CERTAIN LONG STREET PROPERTIES, 
                  DESCRIBED MORE FULLY HEREIN, TO HAMILTON 
                  COUNTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING A NEW 
                  AMBULANCE STATION TO SERVE THE CITIZENS LIVING 
                  WITHIN THIS AREA OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to quitclaim the 
       following properties to Hamilton County for the purpose of 
       constructing a new ambulance station to serve the citizens living 
       within this area of the City of Chattanooga:
                 1808 Long Street    	  145LD B 020.01
                 1810 Long Street    	  145LD B 020
                 1814 Long Street    	  145LD B 019
